Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For the quickest resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
